Loudham's core business remains first and foremost combinable
crop farming.
However we are also fully alert to diversification
opportunities that are complimentary to our main operations. It
is essential that the numerous potential assets of a farm site
are appropriately maximised. At Foxcote Farm some examples of
this are: -
Cotswold Brewing Company: Established at Loudham's Foxcote Farm
Buildings site in 2005, the Brewery Company produced a range of
continental style keg lagers. These are now served in over 55
pubs and restaurants and have established a market in keg and
bottle supplies to parties, barbeques, trade functions and
farmers markets.
Loudham were very supportive of this venture, providing logistics services as well as actively assisting in the establishment and operation of this exciting new business.
Following a rapid expansion, they eventually out-grew the Foxcote site and have recently moved-in to a dedicated new site a few miles away.

Holiday Lettings: we have upgraded several period properties to allow them to be used as holiday properties, and have proved very successful.
Storage and Handling: Loudham has been engaged in
commercial storage of fertiliser etc on behalf of suppliers for
some years. More recently this has expanded to containerised
storage including storage of plastics following the introduction
of the new Environment Agency waste directive.
Coupled to our own Rental and AST/Property Managements we
believe that the above demonstrates the truly flexible approach
that our adaptable, friendly and determined team can offer to
interpret all available opportunities an Owner may wish to
introduce.
